Constant State Of Phlox is a bold purple-leaning reflective polish with a jelly base. It teeters between orchid and heliotrope purple, featuring a strong blue shimmer and pink reflective sparkle that shifts in different lighting. Flash or strong light enhances the bright pink reflective flecks. Best in two coats, follow with Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top for a glass-like finish.
